BUILDERPLAZA.COM – TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) govern your use of the BuilderPlaza.com website (hereinafter “BuilderPlaza” or the “Service”). The Service is managed by YK Services Oü, an Estonian limited liability company. By accessing or using BuilderPlaza, you (hereinafter “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using the Service.

If Users choose to submit project details or call the number provided on the website (collectively “Inquiries”), BuilderPlaza refers such Inquiries to one or more third-party service providers (“Aggregators”) that help connect Users with local contractors in the relevant area. BuilderPlaza itself does not directly offer or perform any renovation or remodeling services.

2. Submitting Inquiries

  1. Optional Submission: Users may submit project details through forms on BuilderPlaza or by calling the phone numbers provided on the website. Submitting Inquiries is optional and does not require registering an account or creating a personal user profile.
  2. Third-Party Handling: All project details provided by the User (except for any direct inquiries sent to BuilderPlaza via the contact page) are forwarded to Aggregators or third-party service providers. BuilderPlaza does not independently process or store this information.
  3. Accuracy of Information: Users should ensure that any information they submit about a project (e.g., location, scope, or desired timeline) is accurate, as it will be used by third parties to match the User with potential contractors.

3. Project Information, Examples, and Guides

  1. Content on BuilderPlaza: BuilderPlaza displays various guides, articles, example projects, and pricing information related to renovation and remodeling work. Some of these examples and pricing details are derived from real projects; others may be illustrative, with altered details to represent typical scenarios.
  2. Guides and How-To Articles: BuilderPlaza may publish step-by-step instructions or best practices for certain renovation methods or procedures (“Guides”). These Guides are intended for general informational purposes only and may not be suitable or accurate for every situation.
  3. No Guarantee of Completeness: The project information, pricing, examples, and Guides presented on BuilderPlaza are meant to be indicative. They may not fully represent actual costs, timelines, or outcomes in any specific locale or situation.
  4. User Responsibility: Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any information presented, including Guides, and should consult qualified professionals, local building codes, and other authoritative sources before undertaking any renovation or remodeling work.

4. Responsibilities and Rights

  1. Role of BuilderPlaza: BuilderPlaza serves solely as an informational resource and a referrer to third-party Aggregators. BuilderPlaza is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or contract between Users and any contractor, nor is it responsible for the performance, quality, or timeliness of any contractor’s work.
  2. Rights to Decline or Modify Content: While BuilderPlaza does not generally publish User-generated posts or listings, the Service reserves the right to remove or modify any content displayed on the site if it is deemed illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Changes to the Service

BuilderPlaza reserves the right to modify, expand, or limit the Service’s features, information, or pricing references at any time without prior notice. 11. User Liability

  1. Responsibility for Use: The User accepts full responsibility for their actions when using the Service, including any decisions made based on information obtained from BuilderPlaza.
  2. Indemnification: To the extent permitted by law, the User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuilderPlaza (including YK Services Oü, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates) from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the User’s use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
