House interior renovation

This is a 3-storey detached house completed in 2008, which we are doing a surface renovation on. We will take possession of the property in April, so the renovation will start in April. The renovation includes the following work:

- painting the walls + a few accent walls (3 bedrooms upstairs + upstairs hall, bedroom in the basement)
- one wall to be wallpapered upstairs
- sanding and painting the stairs (three floors)
- renewing the floor moldings (possibly other moldings)
- possibly renewing or renovating the connecting doors upstairs + renovating or renovating one frame
- renovating or renovating the threshold (main door)
- sanding the parquet floors upstairs and in the basement (sanding + varnishing)
- no water damage, wear and scratches on the floors (dog farm)
- no demolition work, the client can dismantle the floor moldings
- no painting of the ceilings
- no changes to water or electrical points
- materials have not been selected, the procurement of materials can be agreed separately (either by the contractor or the client)
